What Brennan Elliot Watches
"There is so much great talent out there and great movies and great directors," he added. "The content is at such a high level now, that it is quite inspiring. As an actor, you don't want to get complacent, you want to keep evolving and growing. It is exciting to watch this business grow and evolve."
On his favorite movies, Elliott said, "I'm an old school guy. I like the movies of the '70s such as The Godfather and Taxi Driver, I grew up in that world. Right now, I am going through this documentary phase, I like watching shows about history and things that I have not been aware of, and different characters. I am so busy with so much, I don't really get time to watch many movies."
Elliott listed Stranger Things as one of his favorite series to binge-watch lately.
"I enjoy watching a lot of true crime," he said. "The Paul Newman documentary, The Last Movie Stars, narrated by Ethan Hawke, was spectacular, Ethan did such a brilliant job on that. I love watching documentaries on musicians, actors, and rock stars."
Regarding his dream acting partners, he said, "I have been really lucky and blessed to be able to work with a lot of them. I would love to someday work with Elisabeth Moss from The Handmaid's Tale and Laura Linney is amazing, I love actors with no vanity."
His Favorite Foods and What He Lives By
His favorite cheat meals are pizza, french fries, and comfort food.
On his favorite mottos to live by, he said, "be real, no BS, and just be yourself." "If everyone loves you, great, if everyone doesn't, God will take care of the rest," he said.
