Actor Tyler Johnson is known for playing Theo Vanderway in the No. 1 daytime soap opera “The Young and The Restless” on CBS.

Outside of the entertainment business, his alternate career choice would be a “rancher.” “That would be pretty cool,” he admitted.
“Perhaps it’s because I like Taylor Sheridan’s projects, but I feel like working on a ranch would be great, and working with horses,” he noted.
“There were moments in the film ‘Where the Heart Lands,’ where I was in Kentucky and I really thought that I should move here,” he acknowledged.
“Life on a ranch was just so new to me, and I loved it, and I thought I could do something with my hands,” he added.

His favorite music is 60s and 70s Japanese psychedelia. “That’s very specific but it’s my favorite,” he said with a sweet laugh.
