Cayman Cardiff is best known for starring in over 25 vertical micro-dramas, where he plays the male lead role in such capacities as werewolf lore, mafia romance, and fated-male fantasies. He frequently portrays charismatic, "alpha" male characters—a role his fans heavily associate with his signature onscreen growl, which won him an award at a recent vertical award ceremony this past April. Cardiff shared 10 fun things about himself.
Cayman's Favorite Movies
"Another one of my favorites is 'The Help.' It had such a great star-studded cast, as well as beautiful ideas and stories," he added.
Cayman's Favorite Series to Binge
His favorite series to binge-watch are "Ted Lasso" and "Schitt's Creek." "They are both so good," he admitted. "The show 'Ted Lasso' has my heart every single time... it brings so much peace, joy, and positivity. Also, 'Schitt's Creek' is such a beautiful and funny show," he explained.
What He Says About This Stage of His Life
Regarding the title of the current chapter of his life, Cardiff said, “Growth.” “I am just expanding in my own self, my own ideas of self ideation, who I am, who I can be, who I should be,” he said.
Cayman's Favorite Cheat Meal
His favorite cheat meal is "pizza" as well as "really nice ice cream for dessert." "I love a salted caramel ice cream with nuts," he specified.

On his favorite mottos to live by, he said, "Honestly, love is my thing. 'Love is infinite' is my favorite motto."
The Best Advice Cardiff Cayman Says He Has Ever Been Given
On the best advice he has ever been given, he said, "When I was back in high school, my English teacher told me the following.... I had done a research paper and put it on a thumb drive and it just got lost. I went to her in tears, basically, not knowing what to do. She told me to remember that what is happening right now, I will not worry about in five or ten years... and that it will be okay. I used that advice to get through my life."
"When things are going wrong or when something is happening, I won't care about this moment in 10 years because I'll be on to much bigger and better things," he acknowledged.
When asked if he ever found the research paper, Cayman responded, "I never found it... the thumb drive was corrupt, but I did make the paper up. At the same time, I gained some really lovely advice, where everything will be okay."
What Cayman Cardiff Says is the Best Thing About Being His Age
Cayman Cardiff turned 32 on June 19th, 2026. On the best thing about being his age, he said, "I'm still young but I have adult money and stability. So, I have liberty and freedom. I can buy a plane ticket. I can do anything I want to do but also have the youth to be able to enjoy it."
How Cayman Cardiff Unwinds...
To unwind and relax, his favorite hobbies include playing video games and volleyball. "I love video games and I love playing volleyball," he said. "I also love to sail!"

His favorite musical genres are country, as well as EDM (electronic dance music) and house.
If Cayman Cardiff Could Have a Superpower it Would Be...
His superpower of choice would be "empathy."
