Regarding her favorite sports to watch and to play, she said, “Oh God, I'm so not a sports girl. I love the Olympics. Once every four years, I'll watch everything during the Olympics. That's pretty much it.”
The Julia Knitel Says is the Best Advice She Has Ever Been Given
The best advice she has ever been given is to “go to acting school.”
“I think it's so easy when you're trying to make a career in musical theater to just get wrapped up in how you sound, how you look, and how you dance,” she said. “At the end of the day, we are all actors, and we must be able to tell a story.”
“The best thing I ever did was begin to get a BFA in acting but then I dropped out,” she added.
What Julia Says is the Best Thing About Being the Age She is Now
On the best thing about being her age, she said, “I love being my age. Being in my early 30s, I'm coming into myself in a way that I was given a lot of opportunities to shine.”
“In my 20s, I was sort of was nervous a lot of the time and not standing in my power. There is something about turning 30 that really made me go, ‘Oh, I deserve this.’ I'm grateful and I'm very present in my life at this stage,” she acknowledged.

If she were to have any superpower, it would be “time travel.”
