His favorite mottos to live by are: "Everything we want is on the other side of fear. Also, just be a good person and do good in this world. It's not that hard. Remember your 'please' and 'thank yous' because they go a long way. Pay people genuine compliments whenever you can, because it's nice."

On his favorite sports, he said, "To watch, it has got to be either F1 or something from the Winter Olympics such as snowboarding or downhill skiing. I'm a big extreme-sports fan, so anything like that really gets me. To play, I'm a runner, so I run a lot. I work out, I'm big into fitness and Hyrox, and I love English football. I also like dirt biking, off-roading and surfing... basically, anything that gets my heart going and lets me feel like I'm living a little on the side of danger."

His favorite cheat meal is Lasagna. "I love lasagna or vodka pasta," he exclaimed.
If Eyal Booker Could Have a Superpower It Would Be...
If he were to have a superpower, it would be "to give everyone the confidence to go and do the things that they really want to do and be the people that they really want to be."
Also, if he were to have any superpower, it would be "to fly." "It would mean I could pop over to London quickly, give my mum a hug, come back to LA, get in the sauna and do 'Hot Goss.' It would be quick and easy," he said.

On the best thing about being his age (30), he shared, "Understanding myself and knowing what I like and don't like. I'm also more intentional with my time. I really value having that power of choice."
