Actor Giles Panton shared some of his favorite things. In the last few years, he has starred in the Amazon Prime series The Man in The High Castle, where he played propaganda minister Billy Turner, as well as in multiple Hallmark movies. He has played lead roles, supporting roles and guest star roles on such shows as Travelers, Reign, Supernatural, Volton Force, and Flash Gordon. Panton is also known for his voiceover work. He is working on several voice projects for Marvel and Lego.
Giles Panton's Favorite movies
On his favorite movies, he said, "I am a huge fan of the Dune franchise in general. When I was a kid, I made my parents rent the Sting and Patrick Stewart movie Dune probably 20 times. There is something about it that I just love. This movie has literally spanned decades of my life."
"I am also a huge sci-fi fan and I love fantasy," he exclaimed.
Favorite series to Binge-watch
Panton's favorite series to binge-watch is The Haunting of Hill House. "My wife and I watched that in one night," he admitted. "We started it at 7 p.m. and we just kept going. That was one of my favorite binge-watching experiences, along with The Lost Room, which is an interesting mini-series. Every episode got better and better."
On His Life Now
On the title of the current chapter of his life, "The Phoenix Rises."
Favorite Cheat Meal
Panton listed "overloaded nachos" as his favorite cheat meal with beef, cheese, jalapenos, black olives and onions. "I want it to be like a tower," he said. "Or an entire thin-crust pizza."

His favorite motto to live by is the following: "If someone asks how you are doing, say that it's the best day of your life."

On his definition of the word success, Panton said, "Success is a multifaceted answer: being able to do what I love and challenging myself to new heights, all while taking care of those that I love, and taking care of myself too."

Panton's other career highlights include having his first action figure for a cartoon series (Max Steel), a whole series of toys for his protagonist role on Lego Cartoon (Nexo Knights), as well as getting to star in a 4-D movie for the same character at a major Lego theme park.
