The amazing Rita Moreno is one of the leading ladies of the new Paramount Pictures film 80 For Brady alongside Sally Field, Lily Tomlin, and Jane Fonda.
First: some stats on the wonderful Rita Moreno:
In April of 1962, she won the Academy Award for "Best Supporting Actress" for playing Anita in West Side Story, and she made history becoming the first Latin American actress to win an Oscar in any category.
Fast forward to 1977, she became the third person and first Hispanic American to win an EGOT, which includes winning all four awards in entertainment, an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony. She is also a recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

On Life Now
Moreno shared that the current chapter of her life is called "Resilient." She noted that she even has a small necklace that somebody made for her with the word "resilient" on it.
What She Watches
Moreno shared that one of her favorite movies lately is Women Talking, which is written and directed by Sarah Polley. "That movie absolutely knocked me, it was just extraordinary, and the English actress Claire Foy was incredible. Sarah Polley did a phenomenal job and it got nominated for the 'Best Picture' Oscar. I would just die of happiness if it got 'Best Picture'," Moreno said.
"One of the other best pictures I've seen is The Banshees of Inisherin, it had a great script, and it was just marvelous," she added.
Moreno's favorite series to binge-watch is Yellowstone. "I love that show. I haven't seen the newest season either, that's how busy I've been," she said. "I love that show."
Her Go-To Cheat Meal
Her favorite cheat meal is "peperoni pizza and a Coke." "Those things go together, and in fact, I had that last night. It's not good for my veins and I had it for the second time this week," she said.

What Activities She LOVES to Do
Particularly impressive about Moreno is that she doesn't have hobbies. "I love gardening and I love to cook," she acknowledged. "My daughter, Fernanda, is also a fabulous cook. That's what I do, but I don't call them hobbies though."
"What I am going to do, which is like a New Year's resolution (even though I don't make those), is to study Spanish. I don't speak it well enough and I am not happy about that. I am going to find someone to help me widen my vocabulary," she added.
Favorite Motto To Live By
The Oscar winner's favorite motto to live by is the following: "If you want it all, you must love it all."
On Success and Longevity
Regarding the key to longevity in the acting and entertainment business, Moreno said, "The fact that I am still around, still functioning, and still working is pretty fabulous."
She defined the word success simply as "being a working actress."
