His favorite motto to live by is one that he came up with himself. Orion remarked, “I was playing chess with a buddy who is really good at chess.”
“My friend told me, ‘If you can't attack the king directly, you can attack the spaces around the king.’ So, I kind of took that as follows: if you can't pursue exactly what you want to do, pursue the things around it. Then, maybe one day you'll get the thing that you want,” Orion elaborated.
“So, attack the spaces around the king. That's something I always say,” he added.

His favorite cheat meal is a “pizza and a milkshake.”

His favorite hobbies to unwind and relax include “walking around, going on a hike, and walking up a hill.”

On the title of the current chapter of his life, Orion stated, “Progress.”
“I think right now really feels like a big, expansive moment in my career and in myself,” he noted. “I think I’ve grown so much since filming ‘The Conjuring,’ and I think I’ve made so much progress.”
If Orion Smith Could Have a Superpower It Would Be...
If he were to have any superpower, Orion would “pause time.” “I would like to pause time and then read an entire book,” he said. “So, by the time I un-pause time, I would know the entire book. That would be sweet!”
