Logan Henderson is one of the band members of the boy band Big Time Rush, who are also known from the hit Nickelodeon series of the same name, where ironically enough, he played the character Logan Mitchell. As a solo artist, he is known for his smash debut single "Sleepwalker."

His favorite motto to live by is "amor fati," which is a Latin phrase that means "love of one's fate." "I try to see the good in everything.. that’s a good one for me,” he said.

On the best advice he has ever been given, Logan revealed, “Do what you love, and that way, you don’t work a day in your life.”
“Don’t take criticism from people you don’t admire, and don’t admire people that you are not willing to switch places with," Logan added.

On his favorite cheat meal, Logan said, “I love Asian food, so I like fried rice, and my mom makes good lasagna.”

Outside of entertainment, Logan would have been a “personal investigator.”

Logan's superpower of choice would be flying. “I’ve always wanted to fly,” he admitted. “Teleportation would be cool too; that would probably be even better.”

On his definition of success, Logan said, “Finding happiness, finding joy, and doing the things I love. It’s having good relationships, good conversations, traveling, and good wine.”
