On September 27th, 2025 in Hillsdale, NJ, enjoy a day of festivities and learning for the whole family while helping to support the Joan's Joy Foundation, a non-profit founded by a local woman, Rosemarie D'allesandro. Decades ago her daughter Joan was killed while delivering cookies by a neighbor and since then she has been on a mission to stop this kind of violence. In addition to having been responsible for the passage of several ground-breaking laws to ensure that people who murder children remain behind bars, she runs a program to help children be more safe in their every day lives.
