Rory Gibson joined the cast of the multi-Emmy award-winning show "The Young and The Restless" back in October of 2021 as Noah Newman, the son of the iconic characters Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case).
Gibson was born and raised in Southern California, and he subsequently moves to Los Angeles in an effort to pursue his acting career. Most recently, he was a part of "Rebel Moon — Part One: A Child of Fire" on Netflix. He also appeared in the movie "Twisted Twin" on Lifetime. Gibson went on to share nine fun and exciting things about himself.

His favorite movies include Fallen Angels, Tombstone and the animated Hercules film, the latter of which is his comfort movie and his “go-to” from childhood.

Gibson's favorite series to binge-watch include Sex Education on Netflix and Peaky Blinders.
Favorite Mottos to Live By
His favorite motto to live by is the following: “The main one is disposition over circumstance.” “Your disposition in life will trump your circumstances every single time,” he said.
His Favorite Cheat Meal
On his favorite cheat meal, he said, “I’m a big doughnut guy, so it would be a cake doughnut with white frosting and rainbow sprinkles.” That’s my go-to every time,” he admitted.
How He Unwinds
To unwind and relax, Gibson enjoys exercising. “I’m an exercise freak,” he said. “If I go a few days without exercising, my brain gets foggy, and I get cranky. Besides exercising, I enjoy hanging out with my fiancée and my dogs and doing pretty much everything with them.”
The Best Thing about Being the Age He is Now
On the best thing about being his age, Gibson said, “I was getting nervous coming into my late 20s, but now that I am in my late 20s, I am really comfortable with it. I am just embracing getting older. I am also enjoying the new roles that I am getting as I am getting older.”
If Rory Gibson Could Have a Superpower....
If Gibson were to have any superpower, it would "teleportation." "Teleportation would check all the boxes," Gibson said.
His Favorite Music
In music, he revealed that he is “all over the place.” “Right now, I am loving Canadian R&B artist Justin Nozuka, who is so good,” he exclaimed. “I also like IDLES, who is a hardcore punk band from England. Musically, I am literally all over the place.”
If Rory was Not an Actor He Might Be...
As his alternate career choice, Gibson noted that he would love to work with a dog rescue animation. “My fiancée and I try to volunteer a little here and there in different animal rescue organizations,” he said.
