Linda Evans is primetime TV royalty. She has been entertaining television audiences all over the world for well over five decades thanks to her classic roles as Audra Barkley in The Big Valley on ABC, and the lavish Krystle Carrington in the primetime drama Dynasty on ABC, among other roles. In her interview with this #Powerjournalist, Evans shared eight interesting and exciting things about her.

She listed Pride & Prejudice as her favorite movie. “I’ve watched it maybe 50 times, I never get tired of it,” she said.
Favorite Series to Binge
Evans’ favorite series to binge-watch is Downton Abbey. “I binged the entire thing. I adored it,” she said.
Favorite Cheat Meal
Linda Evans listed “pizza” as her favorite cheat meal. “I adore pizza,” she said. “I am very lucky. In the small little town that I live in, here in Washington State, they have a pizza place where they get everything from Italy. They have a wood-fired oven, and I have it at least once every two weeks.”
Favorite Motto to Live by
For Evans, the “Golden Rule” is her favorite motto to live by: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." “The Golden Rule is probably the best way to get through life,” she said. “You have very few regrets,” she added with a sweet laugh.
Regarding the title of the current chapter of her life, Evans shared, “Alone and Never Happier.”
Alternate Career Choice
On her alternate career choice, she responded, “I will never know… I never followed the thread of anything else.”
Dream Acting Partners
While she does not have any “dream” acting partners per se, she revealed that it was an “absolute joy” to work with Steve McQueen. “The movie Tom Horn that I did with him was such a wonderful experience,” she said. “That movie was exciting and truly life-changing,” she added.
How Linda Evan Describes Success
Evans furnished her definition of success. “Success means that you are doing what you love; also, you get to do it and be paid for it,” she said.
