Event: Meet the Bands of the 2017 Ridgewood Music Fest - Declan Power, Blue Plate Special, Eugene Thomas and No Big Deal, Stillettos, Trouble, No Money Down and Country Joe Trio to Perform

The 4th Annual Ridgewood NJ Music Fest is set for September 10, 2017 rain or shine at Memorial Park at Van Neste Square in beautiful downtown Ridgewood. Admission is free and bands will be performing from 1-7pm. Bring your lawn chair, your appetite for food available from fine local restaurants and get ready for a great day.


Meet the Bands of the Ridgewood Music Fest!


 The Declan Power Band
The Declan Power Band is composed of highly talented and unique individuals that have been together since 2011. Their professional yet funky tunes captivate audiences and urge listeners to get on their feet, let loose, and dance! This band has performed gigs in Wyckoff, Englewood, Ridgewood, etc. and always promises a fun evening full of great tunes and great vibes. Blue Plate Special
Blue Plate Special is a band that specializes in original bluegrass, gospel, and Americana tunes. Their traditional songs emit a range of emotions through tight vocals and special solos. They have performed in New York City, Englewood NJ, Ridgewood NJ and many more! The talented band members of Blue Plate Special include Jay Friedman, Dave Gross, Tom Wise, Dan Whitener, and James Hempfling. Eugene Thomas and No Big Deal
Eugene Thomas and No Big Deal is a band based out of none other than Ridgewood, NJ.  They perform many entertaining R&B and Motown shows.  Their music can truly engage the audience and get everyone on their feet with classic rhythm and blues songs.  Band members include Bruce Calari, Mike Casey, John Florance, and Eugene Thomas.  For more information, check out their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/EugeneNoBigDeal/ .





 Stilettos

The Stilettos is a talented and passionate band, dedicated to rock, dance, and good times both on and off the stage. They perform at many local venues while also supporting multiple charity and fundraising events. The band is composed of Tim Whiting (drums and vocals), RS (keyboards and vocals), Jim White (bass and vocals), Gillian Foley (vocals and cheerleader), ad Will Ivory (guitar and therapy). All members are also parents and full-time workers, but their love for music will always live through the band. Treble
Treble is a cover band that covers it all when it comes to music! They sing the blues, R&B, rock, disco, some country, and even modern hits of today. This high energy band has an equally active show schedule in which they perform at many venues within NYC, north and central Jersey, the Jersey Shore, the Hudson Valley, private parties, and benefits. The talented musicians that make up the Treble band are Jerry (bass and vocals), GiGi (lead vocals), Gabi (vocals and percussion), Steve (guitar and vocals), Paul (keyboards and vocals), Will (lead guitar and harmonica), and Bob (drums and percussion). Country Joe Trio
            The Country Joe Trio is coming together for this event to show their love to Ridgewood and perform a set of  modern country songs. The band members are Joe Oriente on guitar and vocals, Amy Briggs (AMPED) and Sandi Bushnell (Declan Power Band) are on vocals, Pete Diamond, (co leader of the Dads Night Band) on lead guitar and Rich Crossin (Western Spur) on the fiddle. Look forward to soothing vocal harmonies and instrumental melodies.

Also performing will be No Money Down.
