Marta Milans had her breakout role in the film "Devoured," and she starred in "Killer Women" on ABC. She is known for playing Rosa Vasquez in the DC Extended Universe film Shazam!" and its sequel.

Most recently, she stars in “M.I.A.” on Peacock, where she plays Caroline Carver. The synopsis is: Restless in the Florida Keys, Etta Tiger Jonze (played by Shannon Gisela) dreams of a life in Miami’s glittering, sub-tropical kingdom. When her family’s drug-running business shatters in tragedy, Etta embarks on a dangerous journey through Miami’s neon-lit underbelly that will define who she is and what she’s ultimately capable of.

Her favorite movie is “The Night of the Hunter.” “I’m obsessed with that film,” she admitted. “There is also a Spanish movie I love called ‘Te Doy Mis Ojos,’ which means ‘I Give You My Eyes.’ Luis Tosar is in that one and it’s a work of art.”
“I also love anything that Denis Villeneuve has done,” she added.
Marta's Favorite Series to Binge
Her favorite series is binge is “Task,” where she has three friends on that show. She also gave a shoutout to “Outlander” with her “girl” Caitriona Balfe. “That season came to an end, but it was a great, huge show that she was on. Caitriona is another sister of mine,” she said.
Favorite Mottos to Live By
Her favorite mottos to live by are the following: “I would say that Jesus Christ and Buddha are two great teachers to follow in life. Love everyone. Don’t hurt anybody.  Help others. Treat everyone the way you wish to be treated… the Golden rule.”
Marta Milans' Favorite Sports to Watch and to Play
On her favorite sport to watch and to play, she revealed, “Tennis.” “My husband is already telling me to buy my daughter a racket, and she is only 18 months old,” she said with a sweet laugh.
How She Unwinds
Her favorite hobby to unwind and relax is “yoga.”
Her Favorite Cheat Meal
Her favorite cheat meal is “Pasta with truffle sauce.”
If Marta Milans Could Have a Superpower It Might Be...
Her superpower of choice would be the “power to heal.”
“If I could heal people that are sick, people who I love that are struggling, or have sicknesses, then I don’t think there is any better superpower than that,” she explained.
What She Says is the Best Thing About Being her Age
On the best thing about being her age, she said, “Being comfortable with who you are. If I were to look back at my 30s and early 20s, I would go back and tell myself that ‘you are fine’ with who you are.’ You are enough. I struggled a lot with that, but I don’t anymore. So, it’s a good thing to not care so much about stupid things anymore.
What Marta Milans Says is the Best Advice She Has Ever Been Given
Regarding the best advice she has ever been given, she shared," Be kind to yourself, which I haven't been throughout many periods of my life. Also, be patient because things will come. I even tattooed that on my wrist because patience is definitely not one of my virtues."

Outside of entertainment, being an Art History major from NYU, she would run the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York as her alternate career choice.
