The 9th annual Pat Summerall Award
will be presented to New York Football Giants Super Bowl Champion Michael
Strahan on Thursday, January 30, 2014 , at the Legends for Charity®
Dinner in New York City . The dinner will be held at the NFL Headquarters
Hotel, The Grand Hyatt beginning at 5pm, and once again benefit St. Jude
Children’s Research Hospital®. Tickets are available.

of the popular nationally-syndicated talk show, LIVE with Kelly and Michael. Michael is also an advocate for St. Jude’s Hospital, which treats children with cancer and other childhood illnesses.
Strahan states, “It’s a great honor to
receive an award that bears the name of the late Pat Summerall. Pat was an iconic member of the New York Football Giants. To be the first member of the Giants to
receive his award here in the city where we both played is very special to
me. It’s wonderful that the proceeds
from Legends for Charity will benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital , and I am glad to be a part of this endeavor.

NFL Network’s Rich Eisen returns for the second year to serve as the Master of
Ceremonies. Erin Andrews, FOX
Sports Broadcaster will attend and speak as a tribute to her broadcaster
partner and friend. Marlo Thomas will also be a presenter.The event is sure to
be filled with sports figures and celebrities. The
